How to get help
To get help with food and household goods, please contact us at Deal Foodbank on 01304 728428. Our office is manned Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 2pm. If your call is not answered, please leave a message and we will contact you within 24 hours. We will then supply a voucher to the most convenient location for you or arrange a home delivery.
Our foodbanks are open at two locations in Deal each week.
St Richards Church 165 Mill Hill Deal CT14 9JR on a Tuesday between 12pm – 2pm and
Trinity Church 28 Union Rd, Deal CT14 6EA on a Friday between 10am – 12pm
We also have a Mobile Van which attends BeChange, Ackholt Rd, Aylesham CT3 3AJ each Tuesday and Friday between 9am-10:30am.
If you live in Elvington and need support, please contact BeChange on 01304 840134. We can then organise for our mobile van to visit you at Elvington Community Centre, St Johns Rd, Elvington CT15 4DZ.
We are aware that the last few years have put families under severe strain, and that increasing numbers are in need. If you are in financial crisis and live in England or Wales, please call 0808 208 2138 for free (open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) to talk confidentially with a trained Citizens Advice adviser. They can help address your crises and provide support to maximise your income, help you navigate the benefits system, and identify any additional grants you could be entitled to.
